The Marshall Experience

The Marshall is an 8-story high-rise complex in the University Hill district of Syracuse located on South Crouse Avenue. A newly created pedestrian promenade greets residents with retail shops and outdoor restaurant seating before approaching the 24-hour monitored lobby. Incorporated in the building are two full service elevators and secured key fob access to residences and amenity spaces ensuring no unauthorized entries. The modern luxury lofts that are found inside are furnished to perfection and will please even the most discerning tenants. At The Marshall Syracuse our first priority is to provide residents with a safe and secure home. The building residences and amenity spaces are accessed via secure electronic key access. We also have on-site courtesy officers on patrol and the building is equipped with an array of high resolution security cameras.

To aid a well-balanced lifestyle we offer a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio machines, free weights, and Fitness on Request in our designated yoga room. These amenities are designed with the intention of encouraging residents to both socialize and remain physically active during their residency at The Marshall Syracuse.

 

Management and Maintenance

We pride ourselves in having a solid management and maintenance team in place, and we are committed to providing you with a hassle-free leasing and living experience. Please rest easy knowing that we are always here, providing on-site management and maintenance for our residents including being on-call in case of an emergency. We know how frustrating it can be chasing an absentee landlord, so we make sure our residents don’t need to. Our professional management and maintenance team is located right on site so students inquiry about any questions or concerns during regular business hours. We have on-site Community Assistants available 24-hours a day and our management and maintenance team are always on call in case of an emergency.

Lease Liability

One of the biggest concerns for residents of a shared accommodation is being liable for the leases of other residents in the case something goes wrong. Fortunately, at The Marshall Syracuse you needn’t be concerned. We contract individual leases per resident, not per unit. This means residents are responsible only for their own rent and are not liable for the rent of their roommates.

Roommate Matching

To make things even easier, we offer a personalized roommate matching service for students that want to be placed with a roommate. Students fill in a personal profile survey which assists us to match them with someone compatible with their academic studies, interests and hobbies.

Fully Furnished

Accommodations at The Marshall Syracuse come fully furnished. This means that residents don’t need to worry about purchasing and transporting furniture to and from Syracuse. Our apartments have everything needed in a downtown apartment – a kitchen complete with appliances and plenty of shelf space, a bed, dresser, desk, chair, sofa, coffee table and bar stools. Every unit also has its own 50-inch flat screen television. The only thing left to bring is personal items and anything that residents want to personalize and decorate their rooms.
